The Cathedral has 34 individually heated glass panels which, laid end to end would be 105m long, which is over twice the height of Perth’s Optus Stadium. With over 360 different cheeses from 13 different countries, the Cheese Cathedral is where every cheese lover will worship. The Cheese cathedral holds the 6 cheese categories, from fresh unripened, bloomy rind, washed rind, blues, through to semi-hard and hard cheeses, you really are spoilt for choice. The largest wheel of cheese is 35kg – and the smallest wedge is just 100g.
