 Chef Phil LaBrooy welcomes his next guest part of the Chef’s Palate Series- Louis Boeglin, Owner and Head Pastry Chef of Louis Boeglin Patisserie in Subiaco. 

 In this class, you will learn how to master three classic French-inspired desserts packed with different flavours and textures! 

  • Chocolate, Pecan Paris Brest 
  • Passionfruit Hazelnut Tart 
  • Pink Grapefruit, Rhubarb and Vanilla Cheesecake 

 On arrival, you will be greeted with a grazing table and ongoing wine from Nikola Estate winery, followed by a fun and instructive demo with easy-to-follow recipes, so you can make these desserts at home. And yes, you get to dig into the delicious desserts on the night! 😋

 End your night by stocking up on all the recipes' ingredients with some private shopping.
